The “Upload document” button on Legal Identity now uploads your file
On the 10DLC brand-registration wizard, Stage 2 “Legal Identity”, the Upload document button under “Supporting documents” did nothing when you clicked it — no file picker opened and no error appeared. It now opens a file picker, uploads your document, and lists it with a control to remove it.

If you had this page open before the update, reload the tab. An older cached copy of the wizard will still have the dead button.
What was actually wrong
- The button was never connected to anything. It rendered on the page but had no file picker behind it and no action on click — so pressing it produced nothing at all, not even an error message to explain the silence.
- Now it is wired to the file picker and secure storage. Choosing a file uploads it (up to 10 MB) to the same document storage the rest of the app already uses, confirms success, and keeps the file saved even if you leave the stage before finishing. If an upload cannot complete — a file too large, or no organization selected — it now tells you instead of failing silently.
